Returns
Arielle Bonsor stands by her work and will do the best she can to fix an item with in reason.
I ask that if you have a problem with an item (purse, wallet, dice bag, small pouch, necklace, or earnings) send me an email (arie.boegel@gmail.com) with a picture of the issue and I will be able to asses the issue. At that time I will be able to tell you if I can fix it ( 90% I can ) you can also get a hold of me on Instagram messaging, tell me the problem and send me pictures.
Non-returnable items:

- costume creations
Refunds (if applicable)
Are a case buy case basis.
I will assess whether I can fix the item or failing that and exchange and failing that a refund.
Sale items
Sale items are a final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will be only be granted with in 20 days of the purchase of the item. To exchange an item the original item must be in the same condition it was sold in. Send me an email at arie.boegel@gmail.com to get the ball rolling.
Shipping
To return your product, send me a message or email and I will give you the address to send item to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your to reach you, may vary.
