Under the fold over is a large zippered pocket for all your need now items. Inside the bag is a sketchy blood splatter patterned lining with skulls and spooky words all over. Lastly, the belt AKA shoulder strap, a found Volcum belt, Black leather with two strands of dome studs. Bad Ass!
